Nutritional therapy acknowledges the therapeutic properties of natural foods like vegetables, fruits, berries, meat, fish, eggs & dairy. These are foods our body recognises due to our physiology evolving eating these foods, unlike the ultra processed, chemical laden "foods" that that we find everywhere today, which contain very little nutritional value and therefor acts as triggers for disease rather than wellness & longevity.
A nutritional therapist uses food and lifestyle interventions to help people reach their health goals, support disease management and learn new habits for a healthy future. As NT practitioners, we see every client as a unique individual with their own specific needs and circumstances.
