You are someone who is not suffering from a specific health concern but still looking to improve your diet to support long-term health. In this 90 min session I will give you suggestions on diet & lifestyle interventions to support things like stress reduction, digestive health, weight management, healthy hormones energy levels, stable mood and sound sleep. These suggestions will be tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.



45 min - Follow up chat £65


Book a follow up session after 6-8 weeks following your individual Covering the basics plan. Here you get to share your experience and we chat about how to move forward to support you long-term. If needed, I will make adjustments to your current plan to ensure it is optimised for aims in the months to come.

Are you dealing with on-going health issues and need support in building a healthy foundation to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life?. Dealing with health concerns can be very stressful so in this 12 week programme I employ a "baby step" philosophy where I give you small, manageable tasks on a weekly basis to slowly improve your health and well-being in a stress free & enjoyable way. Included in your 3 month package is a weekly check in call to make sure you feel supported and able to share your thoughts and experience.
