is looking to improve your diet to support long-term health

but feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there. You might be dealing with a health condition and want make sure your diet and lifestyle is supportive in helping you

recover or reduce symptoms to improve your quality of life.

In this 90 min session we take a deep dive into your current health status and tailor a plan to gently start you off on the journey towards better health.



What's included in your session?


90 min 1:1 session in-person or online


  • An in-depth assessment of your current health status, medical history, family history and your health goals.
  • Analysis of current diet, lifestyle, medications and/or supplements
  • Personal goal setting and preliminary dietary advice.
  • Research and preparation of your plan.
  • Personalised nutritional plan including supplements ( if needed) and lifestyle advice to suit your personal situation
  • Meal suggestions, recipes, resources and handouts to support your journey.
  • Discount code for suggested supplements.
  • Support via email - for questions & concerns, for the duration of your personal plan, e.g. 6,8,12 weeks.


Follow up session 45 min, £40


Book a follow up session after 6-8 weeks following your individual new client plan. Here you get to share your experience and we chat about how to move forward. If needed, I will make adjustments to your current plan to ensure it is optimised for your aims in the months to come.


Returning Client session 60 min, £55


Have you worked with me previously and wish to have chat a about anything regarding your health journey, like advice on next steps, new goals, new symptoms, supplement advice or the latest research on a health topic that is important to you and your aims?


In this 60 min session we work together to take your health to the next level with dietary & lifestyle advice to support the progression of what you've done so far.


This session also includes a discount code for suggested supplements.
